Shouldn’t all snacks be healthy? That’s what I think. But, like many of us, I often concentrate on cooking healthy meals, only to fail in the healthy snack department. That’s why I love organic, non-GMO Allgood Provisions, which are not only delicious–they’re nutritious, too. Want to try? Enter to win and you could be one of the first to experience an Allgood Provisions Oven Stoked Organic Roasting Kit!
A small startup in Park City, UT, Allgood Provisions brings an innovative approach to healthy snack options. I love nuts. Peanuts, almonds, walnuts, and pistachios we love them all. We also eat a lot of dried fruits, popcorn, yogurt, gelatin, and also lots of raw veggies.

Apples and almond butter…although perhaps the almond butter isn’t all that healthy. Next best are fresh tomatoes, diced cheese stick and a few cilantro leaves.
Rachel Sarnoff
I think almond butter is SUPER healthy, especially organic! Tons of protein.. Everything in moderation, right?

Homemade garlic Hummus and celery sticks!! and I share it with one of my cats. She likes the hummus plain before I put in garlic, so I make a dish for her like that. She will lick on it for several hours. It’s so funny. She also likes sprouts, romaine lettuce, lentil soup. And, baby asparagus is her “expensive” taste in greens! Ha!
Rachel Sarnoff
That sounds delish I am going to have to make this snack right now 🙂
