      Good tip! Also I use coconut oil or some other balm on my lips night and day. I think it helps with those little upper lip crackles that are starting… ugh…!

    Don’t ‘over process’ your skin! I used to make my skin bad just by doing too much to it and when I finally simplified, it really looked much better.

      I totally agree! I overwashed and overexfoliated for YEARS. When I started washing only once a day–at night–and started using toner, I really noticed a difference. I wish someone had taught me what I’m teaching my kids now!
