    I’m am just starting to see the effects of aging, especially in the form of lines on my forehead. I’ve gotten bad sunburn on my forehead twice when I was younger and that may have played a part. I am hoping that protecting my skin from getting sunburn, keeping my skin hydrated and eating well will make a difference.

    I have always thought of food and supplements as a vital part of maintaining that “healthy glow”. I use Biosil for silica, collagen powder (bovine), fish oils and vitamin C. I would love to try this marine version of a collagen powder.

  19. As a 34 year old woman I am barely starting to see the signs of aging. I really don’t mind it to much. I do wear sunscreen everyday of the year, wash my face every night and generally eat pretty healthy. That has kept my skin looking good and hopefully I will age gracefully!

    Yes, I am 47 and live in Florida so the biggest effect I see is hyperpigmentation. I have started wearing hats and all natural sunscreen much more diligently. Staying hydrated always helps with skin appearance too.
